Terms and Conditions in Adria Guest House ***

1.Payment
The full amount is due for stay at arrival day. Credit card or cach are accepted.
Early depature for reason beyond Adria Guest House is not refund for unused benefits.
Local tax- 2 PLN  per person/ per each day has to be paid in cash during arrival.
Deposit for stay is 30% of full amount and payable on Adria GH bank account.
Deposit is non refunable.

2.Check- in and check- out time
Person who is not checked- in , maight stay in Adria GH  untill 10pm.
People who stay in the room after 10:00 pm will be checked- in and chargé by price list.
The check – in  time start from3:00 pm  on the day of arrival  and must vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time may result in a late check-out charge of up to one night’s additional accommodation charge.

3. Quiet night time
Quiet night time  starts at 10:00 pm  until 7:00am next morning. Guest behavior should not disturb a stay of other guests in Adria GH during these hours.

In the case of persistent of particularly reprehensible behavior Adria GH have the right to refuse further services with immediate effect. In that situation , the Guest is not entitled to a refund of the rest of stay. If Adria GU employees be forced to call for protection, the cost of this intervention will payed by person whose conduct require summons security guards.

4. Checking- in
Guests are expected to provide the valid identification documents with photo on such as a passport or personal ID card.
The General Data Protection Regulation  are processed in accordance with RODO.

5.Damages
All faults which been found in room during guest arrival should be reported to reception desk. Adria GH will try to fix the faults as soon as possible.Guest is fully responsible  for all types of dameges in the room  been by made.

6. Animals
We accept pets like cats and dogs. For pet stay Adria GH charge additional  fee (25-50 pln/per night.) Dogs must be on lead in the property for other guest safety.
Pet owner is responsible for any damages made by pet as: bed linen , towels , furniture etc. Any other damages will be evaluate by director of the Adria GH and added to final owner receipt.
Pets are not allowed to stay alone in the room. Also they  are strictly not allowed to get into dining room, cafe bar and playroom.

7. Car Park
Car Park is free for Adria guests and  CCTV 24/7.
For damages,  car theft and stolen itmes ,  Adria GH is not responsible.

8.Keys
Guest has to leave a key in reception every time when  leaving.
If key is lost Adria GH will charge 100 PLN. Amount will be added to guest recepit.

9.Equipment
In Adria GH guests can store  equipment like: ski, snowboard, sleds, ski sticks, etc. in special storage.
You are not allowed to store equipment in room.

10. Children Playroom
Children ( 0-4 age) are allowed to use playroom only after adult supervision.
Children  over  4 years of age, may stay without adult care but only after their permission. Adult take full responsibility  for child during stay in playroom.
Toys can not be taken out of the playroom  area.

11.Cafe bar
In Adria GH guests over 18 years old can buy alcohol. It is prohibidden to bring your own alcohol to cafe bar. Alcohol can not to be consumed in lobby area and restaurant.

12.Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited  in the property. Smoking area is designed outside just next to entrance stairs. Adria GH charge 300pln for not following the smoking rules.

13.Deposit
Adria GH do not take responsible for money steal, damage on value artistic or scientific items, if these haven’t been left to deposit and put in hotel safe. All left items Adria GH kept for 6 months from leaving date.

14.Room Service
Adria GH provide room service for over 2 nights of stay.
Room service is make during guest absence. If  Guest does  not consent  for room service, has to inform reception on following day.15. Breakfast
Breakfast is  served between 8:00-10:00am each day.
Early breakfast has to be arranged a day before with reception .
Also we offer a packed lunch for 20 PLN.
